This February, we’re welcoming friends from Down Under into our Shoreditch kitchen. One of Australia’s most loved Thai restaurants, sAme sAme, is coming to London for the very first time to celebrate Lunar New Year with us.
On Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 February, Head Chef Arté Assavakavinvong (@chef_arte) will take over Noisy Oyster for a two-day kitchen takeover. Expect fire-driven, seafood-led Thai cooking - generous, bold and made to be shared, using the best British produce we can get our hands on.

This November, we’re joined by Aprís, the food designer from Paris known for transforming desserts into stories.
Her work sits somewhere between gallery and gastronomy, with collaborations including Valentino, Balenciaga, Maison Margiela and now, Noisy Oyster.
